Facilitation is about making things easy.  And in the world of adult learning, that is the way to go. My approach to facilitating workshops, and to instructional design, is to have an engaging, playful, interesting time together.  The mantra I use is “interaction, interaction, interaction.”  Laughing a lot is good too.
